Dr. Blessing Okoro Rellias is a licensed psychotherapist and a life & Wellness Coach and has been in practice for almost 20 years. She has extensive training and experience in treating psychological disorders, relational issues, and other life and wellness concerns. Using dynamic, holistic, relational, strength-based, and evidence-based approaches, she works with individuals to resolve challenges that affect them emotionally, professionally, and relationally. She received her post-graduate training in the treatment of trauma (including PTSD), and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Addictions Preventionist. She is passionate about teaching, research, and clinical work in trauma, neuropsychology, mind-body interconnection, and the dynamics of relationships. She belongs to different national and international organizations that focus on behavioral/mental health practice and research.
Dr. Okoro Rellias is a San-Dan (3rd degree black belt) in Shotokan Karate and practices Mixed Martial Arts. She also teaches karate and self-defense programs for women, children, and families and enjoys blending her mind-body work with her martial arts practice. Dr. Okoro Rellias believes that seeking balance between physical, mental, and spiritual health is important in an individual’s growth and development. She is looking to achieve more education and training in Health and Trauma.
